The terms, in plain language.
How payment, licensing, weather, turnaround and cancellations work. These are the same terms that back the booking agreement when you reserve a shoot.

Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or on delivery of the final media, unless other arrangements are made in advance. A booking is confirmed only once payment or payment authorisation has been received.
We accept [payment methods — to be confirmed]. Invoices and receipts are provided for every shoot.
Copyright & usage license
Salt & Shore Media retains copyright of all photos, video, and other media produced.
On full payment, the client — the booking agent or agency — receives an unlimited, non-exclusive license to use the media to market the specific property photographed. That includes the MLS listing, print materials, social media, and the agent’s or brokerage’s own marketing.
Media may not be resold, sub-licensed to third parties (for example builders, stagers, or other agents), or used to market a different property without written permission.
Weather & rescheduling
Outdoor and drone photography is weather-dependent. If conditions on the scheduled day are unsafe or unsuitable for quality results — heavy rain, high wind, or lightning — we’ll reach out as early as possible to reschedule at no additional charge.
A reschedule requested by the client with less than [24 hours — TBD] notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Turnaround time
Standard delivery is within [24–48 hours — TBD] of the shoot, delivered through an online gallery.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee — ask when you book.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made with at least [24 hours — TBD] notice incur no charge.
Cancellations made with less notice, or a no-show at the scheduled appointment, may be subject to a fee to cover the reserved time slot.
Privacy
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter, plus any optional phone number or property address. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you book, to schedule and deliver your shoot. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it beyond what’s needed to provide the service.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare and contact-form submissions are passed through Cloudflare and an email-delivery service on their way to us. Standard server logs (including IP address) are retained briefly for security and abuse prevention. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and for our own records.
This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this domain, not a third party. If you’d like a copy of the information we hold about you, or want it deleted, email hello@saltshoremedia.com.
About the imagery on this site
Salt & Shore Media is a newly launched business. Until our own completed shoots are ready to feature, the photography across this website — hero images, backgrounds, and the portfolio preview — is licensed stock and sample imagery, used to show the style and quality of work we deliver. It does not represent past client projects.
