Interior & exterior HDR photography
Multiple exposures blended for clean, natural results — windows that aren’t blown out, rooms that aren’t muddy, verticals that stay straight. The foundation of every package.

Aerial drone photography & video
Elevated stills and short cinematic clips — lot lines, water access, proximity to the beach or the marina, the whole neighbourhood in context. Flown legally under an FAA Part 107 certificate.

Real twilight photography
A genuine session shot on location as the sky turns — real window glow, real reflections, real Gulf Coast colour. Booked as a separate visit because that’s what it takes to do it properly.

Virtual (AI) twilight
The budget alternative: a daytime exterior converted to a dusk look in editing. Useful when the schedule or the budget won’t stretch to a real session — and always labelled as what it is.

Most homes take 45–90 minutes on site. Have the property photo-ready; we’ll handle blinds, lights, and the small stuff on the day.

How much does real estate photography cost in Southwest Florida?
Two core packages: Ground-Only Photography (interior and exterior HDR) starts at $125, and the Standard Bundle — which adds drone photos and a floor plan — starts at $225. Both are priced by the home’s total living area. You’ll get the exact figure for your listing, plus any add-ons, with your quote before the shoot.
How fast is the turnaround on real estate photos?
Standard delivery is usually one to two business days after the shoot, through an online gallery sized for MLS and social media. Rush delivery may be available for an added fee — ask when you book. Full turnaround terms are on the Policies page.
Do you offer drone and aerial real estate photography?
Yes. Every flight is operated under an FAA Part 107 commercial certificate. Aerial photos and video are included in the Standard Bundle, or can be added to a Ground-Only booking as an add-on.
What areas do you cover?
All of Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and the communities between. There is no travel fee across the core area; beyond it, a small flat travel fee applies, quoted with your booking.
Do you provide virtual staging, 3D tours, and floor plans?
Yes — virtual staging and 3D virtual tours are both available as add-ons. A schematic floor plan is included free with every Standard Bundle.
What is real twilight photography, and how is it different from virtual twilight?
Real twilight is a genuine session shot on location as the sky turns — real window glow, real reflections, real colour. Virtual (AI) twilight is a daytime photo converted to a dusk look in editing, and is always labelled as such. Both are add-ons.
